For Prospective Scholars

Deadline for submission of Price Scholarship Application is Friday, March 6th, 2008, 3:30 p.m.

Application packet must include: 
• Completed Application
• Financial Data Worksheet
• Typed two-page autobiographical essay
• Two letters of recommendation
• Official High School Transcript including Fall semester of 2007
• Release Form authorizing Price Scholarship to access your San Diego City College records (assessment test scores)
• Summer Readiness Application (in BLUE and obtained from EOPS office A-113-F)

***If eligible, please complete the Federal Application for Student Aid (FAFSA).***

Please submit in a sealed envelope.  Don't forget to make copies for your own records!

For Price Scholarship finalists:  Individual Interviews for the Price Scholarship Program will take place the last week of April 2009.
